- changing your name
- applying for a new pension
- updating your bank account details
- transferring benefits from other funds (if your tax file number can’t be validated)
- applying for early release of your super (on compassionate grounds or due to severe financial hardship), and
- withdrawing a lump sum as a cash payment.
We know that having your identity documents certified can be time-consuming and frustrating. That’s why from mid-May, we’re introducing ‘electronic verification’ to screen certain forms of ID in an instant.
