UniSuper proudly supports the next generation of female leaders

12 Jun 2018

UniSuper is pleased to be the diversity sponsor of the upcoming girledworld World of Work Summit, to be held at RMIT University on June 16 and 17 in Melbourne.

The Summit will bring together hundreds of high school girls with global STEM leaders, start-up founders and industry role models, to empower, equip and educate the next generation of female leaders to make informed choices about their future careers.

As a champion of diversity within the STEM industry, UniSuper Chief Information Officer, Anna Leibel, will be a guest speaker on Day 1 of the Summit, sharing successes and learnings from her career journey.

On Day 2 of the Summit, UniSuper Senior Investment Analyst, Sybil Dixon, will be part of the expert judging panel, hearing pitches to solve current real-world problems. The aim of the workshop is to stimulate the concept of business building and innovation amongst the attendees.

At UniSuper, we are dedicated to supporting events which impact and matter to the higher education and research sector, particularly those which promote increased gender equity and diversity in future workforces.

girledworld is an edtech start-up building the next generation of leaders, founders and STEM champions, one girl at a time. As part of this sponsorship opportunity, UniSuper provided ten free tickets to Western Chances for girls interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
